Cancellations – We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation. Your credit card number secures your booking.
Short notice cancellations result in a 50% fee, no-shows are billed at full price.
Arrival – Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
Appointments -must start at the scheduled time to allow for full treatment.
Gift Certificates - available for specific services. Certificates are not refundable, and must be presented at time of treatments.
We are not responsible for lost certificates.
